I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Excellent location--near many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The 3 receptionists that I met were impeccable- very quick, smart, willing to assist, confident, not scared to try to speak English (which can sometimes be a challenge in Vietnam). They were very efficient and good. The room was clean, and has a comfortable bed, smart TV, water, tea, coffee--everything. Very very nice hotel for the price.

The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveller. Hot water and fast WiFi. The location of the hotel is great so it is only a 5 min. walk to the beach. Furthermore, there are some supermarktes, restaurants and cafes around. The staff was really helpful and allowed me a late check out. Also, they assisted me to order food while i was waiting in the lobby for the night train. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was a great stay. Hotel is in a quiet area, but in the center also. Theres a lot things around. Staff is friendly, the rooms are awesome! Very clean and very well maintainend. Smells nice, everything works properly, which i really appreciated. Did go there 2 times and will come back again! Beds are great, we slept so well. Big thanks to xo hotel and apartments

Our stay was amazing and lovely. I appreciated the size fridge that was in the hotel room and that they have microwave you can use in the rooms to heat up your food. Overall great place to stay for short or long stays.

Great beds, super clean bathrooms, daily housekeeping, and it's only a 3 minute walk to the beach. They can also give you motorbikes on rent for 120,000 VND a day.

Everything was perfect. Good location, good shower, staff super kind and very helpful and the room are cleaned every day.

Everything was good! 24hr reception was a bonus: we arrived on the sleeper bus at 4am and the reception was able to put us in a room straight away. There was an early check-in fee, which was very cheap (for our euro currency). Staff very helpful and friendly.

Trang, the reception clerk is very friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating. The apartment is basic but comfortable with good value for money. We love the location which is a short walk to the beach and we enjoy talking with locals on the way. We have stayed here before and will continue to return.
